At Zmaggie, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple return and refund policy.

Returns:

  • Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • Exclusions: We do not accept returns on opened or used perfumes for health and safety reasons. Additionally, sale items are final sale and non-returnable.

Refund Process:

  • If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.

Defective or Damaged Items: If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will offer a replacement or full refund for defective or damaged items at no extra cost.

Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original product and place a new order for the item you want.
